-->The Gentleman’s Compositing Club was founded during a dark and stormy night in the year 2006 in the Visual Effects Lab (fondly christened ‘the V’) at Florida State University’s College of Motion Picture, Television and Recording Arts, under the quiet and implied auspices of Stuart Robertson (fondly known as ‘Stuart the Wise’) by Tier 2 members Nicholas Hardeman, Derick Dressel, Ian Blei, and Matthew Larner.
Tier 1 Membership is reserved for Stuart the Wise. Tier 2 Membership requires the completion of a 32 hour stint (fondly titled 32 bits). Tier 3 Membership requires 24 bits, Tier 4 requires 16 bits.
All members are of high character, enjoy quality indulgences and conversation, and are not necessarily men (the title is just a garnish).
If you would like to petition for membership, please register and the Speakeasy, and your petition will be reviewed. Tier 5 Membership (fondly: ‘Groupie’) will be automatically granted, providing access to the Speakeasy. Any Tier above Tier 5 requires at least 16 bits, and one or more references.
